Your Wedding Cake Contract
Before you order your wedding cake, review these contract points. Print out this list, bring it with you, and make sure you get everything in writing before you sign on the dotted line.

Confirm that all of the following information is included in your cake contract:
Your names and contact information (address, phone, and email).
Your event date, time, location, and phone number.
Baker’s company name and contact information (address, phone, and email).
Detailed description of the cake you have agreed upon:
- Cake Flavour
- Fillings
- Number of servings
- Number of tiers
- Tier shape(s)
- Icing type
- Decorations
- Topper
Cost of cake (price per slice.
Number of slices (this may be adjusted later if guest count changes).
Delivery and setup fees (including how and when cake will be delivered).
Location for delivery (Be exact on how both the name and address of your reception site is noted. Confirm with your site if there is a separate entrance for deliveries.)
Any related items (e.g., cake stand or cake server) being delivered and rental fees, if any.
Additional vendor information (florist, caterer, photographer, ect.) if necessary.
Total cost, including delivery.
Deposit amount.
Payments to be made, in what form, and dates due.
To whom checks should be made out.
Cancellation and refund policy.
All signatures.
