When CaraMae first spotted Matthew during orientation at her new job, she hoped he’d sit next to her. Lucky for her, their last names both start with a J and they were seated alphabetically. CaraMae thought, “If I were to get married, which I’m not, I think I just met the man I would marry!”

Fast forward three years later to a hike through Mount Falcon Park. Matthew used the rolling foothills and the Denver cityscape as a backdrop to his proposal. “He took me by complete surprise,” says CaraMae. She said yes, and they spent the next year planning their outdoor Rocky Mountain wedding.
