They met at Melanie’s sweet 16 birthday party. Ruben met a friend there and when they locked eyes it was love at first sight.
Seven years later Ruben finally worked up the courage to ask Melanie to marry him. He took her away to Springbrook Hinterland on the Gold Coast where he proposed with a dazzling princess cut diamond ring.
