Alexandra & Joern: A Tropical Wedding in Hayman Island, QLD
Joern worked down the road from the cafe Alexandra used to own in Brisbane. He would regularly order his coffee from her shop and then one day as he was leaving Alexandra took his coffee out to him with her business card and asked if he wanted to catch up some time.

“My birthday morning at 12.02am Joern woke me up yelling from the lounge room that an animal was in our lounge room,” tells Alexandra. She leapt out of bed, ran into lounge only to find there was no animal but instead a room lit up with candles. He gave Alexandra a pair of diamond earring and as she was putting them on he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.
