10 Hens Party Games That Don’t Suck!
The key to fun, organised games is keeping them short. Take inspiration from these ideas and play a few of them, or narrow it down to one.
1. Hens Game Idea: Categories
The Gist: This is a play off the “categories” round in the game “Kings.” In the original, everyone takes turns listing items in a designated category, such as car companies, brands of cereal or colours. Play a few rounds with wedding-related topics!
Supplies:
- Cardstock or index cards (one piece for every category)
- A marker to write out each category
- A quiet place to play (it might be weird to yell out “peony” in a crowded bar)
Pre-Party Prep: Write out your preplanned categories. Don’t actually figure out what you would say. (Sorry, but that’s called cheating.)
How to Play: Categories can be easy or difficult and can be anything from wedding dress designers and types of flowers to famous wedding movies.
