Similar to “Black Tie Optional,” but for men: If you have access to a tuxedo, wear it.
Him: Tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie.
Her: A long dress, a really dressy suit, or something cocktail-length (but still formal). Glamorous makeup and dramatic jewellery and hair are appropriate.
