too scared to get a spray tan

Hi Girls
I thought i would share this with you all. I have very pale skin and wasnt sure if i should get a spray tan. I wanted a bit of colour but nothing to crazy. Also i was worried about the tan rubbing off on my dress. A friend suggested i try dove summer glow and its the best thing ever!!! Not only is it a gradual tan so i can stop when i reach the colour i want, it doesnt rub off and it looks natural!! Im very happy with it and i thought some of you other brides might want to give it a go!!

can you exfoliate still? Ive only ever fake tanned once because i had tan lines for my aunty’s wedding, but i was so scared to exfoliate and either make it blotchy or scrub it all off completely
