Just confirmed our wedding weekend at Spicer’s Clovelly Estate, Montville, Sunshine Coast. We wanted an intimate, boutique-style wedding where the ceremony, reception and accommodation was in one place.

Love Spicers Clovelly!!!! That wil be gorgeous!
DivineDreams, maybe you can arrange your invitations so that you’re inviting people to take a much needed long weekend moreso than just travelling for a wedding. Perhaps consider doing away with gifts.

We are getting married in Maleny. Its just such a beautiful little town, I love it so much. It is a fair way to travel for our family and friends but we are looking at hiring a bus for those that dont want to book accommodation that will take them to the ceremony, reception and then home again… Leaving an eski of booze on the bus should make the trip a bit easier for them too!
We’ll be telling our guests to not worry about gifts as it is such a ways to travel and most of them will have to book accommodation.
