Save the Date RSVP? Etiquette?

Mon 2 May 2011 02:59AM posts 2

So my FH and I have just received a Save the Date card for a friend of our’s getting married (we aren’t sending them out) and I was just wanting to know what the etiquette is.  There was no RSVP card in the envelope so do we need to RSVP or send a Thank You card or anything? Pretty much do we need to do anything once we have received the Save the Date card?  Thanks!!

Nope you do not need to do anything but save the date!

You might want to pop them an email or a facebook message saying you got it or comment on how cute (or whatever description you want to use) it is and how you have marked the date in your diaries and can’t wait!
