We are only having a small ceremony and inviting everyone else to the reception after. Who do I send save the dates to? Just the people invited to the ceremony? Or to everyone that is coming to the reception? This really confuses me.

Before I can answer can you tell me how many people you are inviting to the ceremony and how many to the reception?

Aprrox 80 to reception and 30 to ceremony.
