Ribbon braiding Ceremony Wording and Walking down the aisle music

does anyone know any good wording for a ribbon braiding ceremony we want to incorporate this into our ceremony but i can only find religous versions which we dont want as we are not religous. also our wedding is outside and i was thinking no music for when i walk down the aisle. whats you thoughts?

mmm is ribbon braiding like hand binding?

what about some musicians or a solo singer instead of taped music?

no it where you take 3 strands of ribbon one represents the groom one the bride the last there lives and they are braided together as a symbol of the new unity and life they will be starting togther. i was just thinking no music at all………

I think the ribbon braiding sounds beautiful! You dont need to have music if you dont want to – its your wedding! :)

thats what i thought and i really cant be bothered with arranging some sort of sound system for the lookout we are getting married at. still finding it hard to get wordings for the ribbon braiding ceremony. we have chosen colours red (me) blue (him) purple (new life togther) works well im a art teacher and blue and red make purple!!
