Reception Timetable

So I’ve been told to make a timetable or everything that needs to happen at the reception. But I have NO idea! From who walks in first, to who does speeches to when we cut the cake to when we do the first dance!
Can someone please let me know the typical run through of what happens when? Or even a link to somewhere that has all of this information?

This was the run sheet for our wedding:
5.00pm Bridal Party Photos onsite, pre-dinner canapés served
5.30pm Guests commence seating (All guests seated by 5.45pm)
5.50pm MC Welcome speech – formal bridal party introduction
6.00pm Entrée served
6.40pm Sparkling Toasts served, 2 x Speeches – Parents
7.00pm Main Course served
7.40pm 3 x Speeches, Cutting of the Wedding Cake
8.00pm Dessert served
8.30pm MC introduces Bridal Waltz, Dancing starts
9.30pm Wedding cake, tea and coffee served
10.30pm Farewells
