Post ceremony drinks at the church?

Hi brides!
I think it would be really nice for our guests to have a drink and a nibble to eat (finger sandwich, cheese etc) right after the ceremony when everyone is hanging around to congratulate us. Does anyone know of a way this could be done? Maybe a catering company that specialises in this sort of quick service? Obviously we are looking for a couple of staff to assist set up of a table for this purpose whilst the ceremony is on, and then help for 20 – 30 minutes after the ceremony. Our wedding ceremony will take place in North Sydney.
