i was thinking the same thing, we have a friend who would be good and said he’d do it, but at the same time i dont know if thats what i want, i mean its a little unfair to ask him to do it, i was trying to think of a way i could allocate different parts to different people so it wouldnt be one person job, say have 1 person introduce you into the room, then get a BM or GM to MC a different part of the night, have their own time slot sort of thing

if you don’t have anyone, maybe your FH, or both of you could do it? might sound a bit un-traditional, but no reason why you can’t! or one of the groomsmen or bridesmaids, or two of them together? maybe you can pay your wedding celebrant a bit extra to stay on and be MC? worst case scenario you can always hire MC’s, not sure how expensive they are tho. goodluck x

Not sure how you could do it yourself?? The MC announces the arrival of the bride and groom to the reception. And you will want to enjoy your night not be worrying about announcing dinner or introducing people who are making a speech or toast to you!
I say hire someone. Ask the venue of anyone can do it.
