Personal touches with wedding favours?

First – we’ve been engaged for 5 years.
Finally, our wedding is going to be held at Bathers Pavillion Balmoral in Sydney next June and with only 60 guests I want really personalised favours. All the people attending have been incredibly supportive and fabulous – so I want them to all to receive something really personal that we put time into creating, not just mass-produced chocolates etc.
‘m thinking of making jam and having a ’spread the love’ kind of label or writing a famous love quotes on parchment then placing them inside a bottle (you know, the old ‘message in a bottle’ thing… which ties into the beach venue)
Just wondering if anyone had any other ideas?
