Page boys shirts!!??

I have my four young cousins involved in the wedding and we want them to look uniform with the groomsmen. The only problem is that we are getting the groomsmen’s shirts and ties from the UK. Can’t really afford to pay all that extra money for a further four page boy ties and shirts when they will only wear them once?
Does anyone know of a place in Australia that would do white shirts with a thick blue stripe for kids? This is the combo we are ordering from the UK: http://www.tmlewin.co.uk/product.aspx/MenFormal…
My mother-in-law to be will make the ties I will just find similar fabric, it is the shirts that are causing me grief! Help!?
