bronzilla

congrats Jessicaa! it’s an exciting time for you!

Gosh best month/time of the year really comes down to you and your man and what you’re wanting to have

beach wedding? stay clear of winter months

long sleeved gown and layers of fabric? steer clear of summer

people coming from overseas or interstate? give them time and notice to organise themselves to be able to come

bear in mind too that many popular venues/cake makers/makeup artists are often booked up months in advance if you’re thinking of tying the knot soon. Dresses can take up to 5 months after being ordered..

wedding vendors have “peak times” so they can and will charge a little bit more for the sept/nov period….

COST! do you need to save up for one of the more expensive days of your life? Maybe open a high interest savings account and deposit a portion of your pay in it each fortnight for a year?

my suggestion? enjoy your engagement, get a couple of wedding magazines and start getting ideas. I have a folder with pictures, words, articles and cards from companies. Go to a bridal expo and google everything! Have a chat to your other half and your families about what you want and what their expectations are too…

ENJOY!
