Guests & the bridal party

Just wondering what the average number of people in your wedding party is…?

At the moment we have:

bride

groom

maid of honour

best man

2 x bridesmaid

2 x groomsmen

2 x flowergirls (our daughter will only be 3 by the time of the wedding, so she needs a older girl to help her be a flowergirl)

2x page boy (one helping the younger ones)

but thats a total of 10 in the party!!!

We are having bride, groom, 1 bridesmaid and 1 best man.

We are having bride, groom, maid of honour, bridesmaid and 2 best men. We’re having a small wedding but wanted to have our close friends and family by our sides.

We are having bride & groom, best man, maid of honour, flower girl and paige boy.

We are also having 10, but that’s me and my darling boy, a maid of honor, best man, 3 bridesmaids and 3 groomsmen.

The number is completely up to you.

Like Ali2011 we only have the bride and groom plus the maid of honor and the best man!

There has been talk of a third bridesmaid and groomsman but I don’t think that will go ahead.

Thanks guys!! AHHH its so difficult deciding… ive made some new really close friends now that I would love up there with me but dont want to cut anyone either… would it look weird having about 16 in the wedding party???? or any ideas to include them in other ways and stick to my old close friends??
