HELP- How much Wine, Beer, Spirits & soft drink for 100 guests

Tue 11 Jan 2011 00:49AM posts 6

Hi Everyone,

I have found a wonderful place to have my reception, the only glitch is that we have to supply ALL drinks incl. soft drink/juice etc.

Does anybody have any idea how much wine red & white, beer light & full strength, Spirit bottles (only providing bourbon & vodka), soft Drinks and Juices we will need for 100 guests? The location is a fair way from anything so I am guessing that a sort of 1 in 3 or 4 will be driving.

Thanks in advance to anyone with some advise.

Thanks Annekiki, but that is not an option, the caters holding the reception are supplying bar staff just not the drinks.

1st choice liquor has a party calculator

Not sure how accurate it is but that could help you!

Good Luck!

Thankyou both for your help, the calculators have been really good, the only problem is they all say different things so we are just going for the most as I would prefer to  have to much than to little.
