My fiancee and I have been together for 16 years so not really wanting to do the “huge” wedding and we have two young children.
We just can’t decide where to go.
Looking for somewhere that’s family friendly eg good kids club and which location that has things to do outside of the resort as a family.
Neither of us have ever been overseas so it all sounds a bit scary but also exciting at the same time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated =0)

We went to Fiji for our honeymoon and I would recommend that place to anyone! It’s a fantastic place to take kids, the Fijian’s absolutely ADORE kids! Even though we don’t have any kids, we noticed that the staff members everywhere we went always interacted with the children and were genuinely pleased to see them.
The Shangri-La is a real family friendly place with good deals for kids. The only thing is there isn’t much to do outside the resort as it’s pretty far away from anywhere. There is the Kula Eco-Park which was fantastic, you get to hold snakes and lizards and feed turtles, but it’s prob 20 mins drive away.
I would go with Fiji definately. It’s a different culture, but there’s not a big language barrier.
