Planning & etiquette

Just curious of what others are planning for the day of their weddings? Relaxing? Having some fun? Finishing off final touches or setting up? Sleeping?
I have a late afternoon wedding so have been thinking of how to pass the time

I dont have to start getting ready till like 12. So i just thought we;d wander down to darling harbour and have a nice brekky, then just chill & relax in the room with a couple of champers whilst getting ready.

We are not getting married until 3pm so I plan on kicking the FI out at about 10am (we are having a destination wedding so will be spending the night together) and having some time with just my mum and then the BM’s will show up at about 11-11.30am and have a few mimosa’s and some lunch and then the production begins with make up and hair etc. We plan on being ready by 2pm so we can grab a few snaps of the girls and my mum/dad so that the photographer can head over to the guys and grab a few photos of them!

my wedding isnt untill 5.30pm sp am hoping a good sleep in lol may be too excited but hopefully that way i wont be tired for the night

Our ceremony starts at 3, but its about an hour away from home, so need to start getting us all ready about 10.30….  will have a nice pancakes & fruit breakfast before hand, but plan on having bubbly & some music while we get ready!

I am so jealous right now!! My wedding is at 3, but with 4 bridesmaids, a formal wedding, and a church in the middle of the city on Mardi Gras weekend, my day starts at 8:30am!!!  So the day before we are planning on getting the girls together, having dinner. My Maid of Honour is prepared to drug me so I sleep though!! lol.

yea im jelous of you girls, i have 3 BM’s but both mothers are getting make up but we’re starting 8:30-9ish, which i thought was a pretty good sleep in actually, the night before from 9pm-midnight we’re setting up the venue so im really hoping ill get a good nights sleep and then just chilling with a few champs the morning of…
