Guests & the bridal party

I have come across some dresses online that I absolutely love for my bridesmaids but am a little hesitant about doing that.  I’m not sure if it’s risky??

Have any of you girls done this? If so, did the dresses come as you expected them etc? What websites did you use?

I have done the same, looked at dresses from a suppler in Sydney and ordered from House of Brides in the US…geting nervous cause they gave me an aprox date of mid nov and have they have not received them yet…i’m soo scared i am going to get a cheap knock off …or even dresses at all!!! But i did save over $1,000 even with shipping..fingers crossed!

As long as the seller is reputable and you can find a lot of good feedback you should be fine.

The quality of the dresses I got is not the same as that in the bridal stores here but I did only pay $200 for 3 dresses so I didn’t really expect them to be of the same quality.

All I was concerned about was getting all three of my bridesmaids in dresses that cost less than $250 each in the right colour. The colour I have chosen is not stocked in ordinary stores so I didn’t have a whole lot of options in my price range and this seemed the best by far as I got completely custom made dresses without the big price tag.

If you do buy online make sure you get a very experienced dressmaker to measure everyone so that you get the best fit possible.

Also, be aware that if you are looking at halter neck dresses it is very hard for the dressmaker to get the correct fit without the dress being on the person so be aware that it might need to be adjusted after it arrives.

So sorry for the late reply since the wedding i dont check in her too often!!! The dresses were perfect!!!! EXACTLY what i ordered, and they looked fantastic!!!
