Any Bundaberg, Queensland brides out there? I am currently living in Brisbane, however  I am going home and getting married in Bundaberg on the 14th August 2010. Having the Reception at the Bundaberg RSL and getting married in a small church…

Would be good to hear from other Bundaberg brides.

One other bundaberg bride to be replying.  We only got engaged on the second of Janurary so we are still only in the very early stages. Just had the engagement party and now starting to think of dates. 

I am currently studing at the university here so we are thinking in either the mid semester brake around july next year or waiting until the october until i finish my degree. 

How did you pick where to have the reception. I was thinking of where there is to choose from and there are quite a few nice places.

I think waiting until semester break or even after you have finished is a great idea. I finish my degree in October this year and I am having my wedding in August. So it is going to be stressful.

We are having the ceremony at the Scots Presbyterian Church in Bundaberg, however there are many great places to get married. Did you go to the wedding expo last weekend? It offered some great places to get married or have your reception. Some places even do both! Our reception is going to be at the RSL, it has been renovated and the service there is great.

I was starting to think there was no other Bundaberg brides out there, even though your wedding’s have probably been and gone, it would be great to hear from others, I’m gertting married on the 16th April 2011, at the moment i’m trying to find a good makeup artist… if anyone has any recomendations please let me know!!!

omg Bundy brides I thought I was alone but it seems not My partner and I are getting married at Bargara and having the reception at the new cultral centre. Although its in 2012 we are also planning by distance but it will always give us the excuse to go to bundy

Hey there any Bundaberg brides, the Bundaberg Bridal expo is on at the Bundaberg Civic Centre on the 20th of March 2011!!!

omg i have been waiting to find that out i love love love bridal expos it will also be a good place to find caterers  and decoration hire. we recently picked our ceremony spot at neilson beach we had a look at the cultural and it so totally suits us and for $350 you cant go wrong
