Wedding Flowers & Styling: Chanele Rose

Have you seen the latest issue of The Knot Magazine – Summer 2011? See that beautiful purple bouquet on the cover (pictured above)? That’s one of Chanele Rose’s creations. We only discovered this amazing florist late last year, but we were immediately infatuated! We’ve since featured two of Chanele Rose’s beautiful styling shoots: ‘Spring & The Boho Bride; and ‘Enchanting Children’.

Chanele Rose, named after owner and floral event designer Lina Bteddini’s daughter, comprises a team of three girls who have a flair for flowers and wedding styling. Often inspired by nature, they source the freshest of flowers for your wedding and put their creative talents into every design. Flowers isn’t all they do either. They do candy bars, ceremony decorations and reception styling too.

Wedding Cakes: Sharon Wee Creations

Sharon Wee, owner and cake designer, is another supplier we’ve had the joy of working with before. She created two gorgeous cakes for our photo shoot last month (you’ll have to wait for our Winter 2012 magazine issue to see it!). Sharon’s cakes look almost too good to eat (but luckily they taste as good as they look too!) and have a sweet style about them. She can do classic and traditional, but her signature style is quirky and cute. She has a talent for figurines, and you can choose from her 12 basic flavours (although there’s nothing basic about moist carrot cake with lemon white chocolate ganache, or light vanilla cake with lavender and honey infused milk chocolate ganache!) or her seven Gourmet Delights flavours. You can even suggest your own flavour – Sharon is only too happy to test it out!

Sharon also holds cake decorating classes.
