RAFW Day 3 Bridal Inspiration
If we had to sum up day 3 of RAFW in a word it would be ‘pretty’. Soft pastels and delicate fabric stormed the runway thanks to Lisa Ho and Michael lo Sordo

Lisa Ho is always a show at RAFW that I get excited about. For all the ostentatious and shocking designs, it’s Ho’s classic and beautiful collection that leaves me with wardrobe inspiration (and the desire to go out and shop!). Delicious sorbet shades and feminine silhouettes floated down the runway and immediately had me thinking how grateful I would be if a friend asked me to wear one of these gowns as a maid! The gorgeous coral full-length gown was one of my favourites, as were the bold and fashionable accessories.

Pleating is a huge trend to come out of RAFW, and Michael le Sordo produced my favourite pleated pieces from the whole week. Not only do these fabulous floor length gowns look gorgeous, they move beautifully too. The collection was predominately white, but pretty pastels punctuated the collection giving brides and bridesmaids alike a good dose of style inspiration.

Does your gown feature pleating? Are your bridesmaids wearing pretty pastels?
