Outdoor Ceremony Altars

Dress up your outdoor alter with one of these simple (but very beautiful) ideas.

Outdoor Ceremony Altars

Brides saying their “I do’s” outdoors might want to consider their alter options. While of course, a gorgeous sea or landscape backdrop can be plenty beautiful enough, there are lots of ways to finesse your centre stage.

Wooden Arbor

A friend of the couple made their wooden arbor – he even included a bench so they could use it after the wedding.

White Canopy Altar

We love the whimsy of these white paper garlands.  If you don’t a have a structure from which to hang them, simply secure them to overhanging tree branches.

Draped Tulle Pavillion

Brie and Leo exchanged vows beneath a covered pavilion decorated with draped tulle. We love how the joining drapes mimic the back of her dress!

Pink & Orange Ceremony Arbor

Punch up a plain structure with strings of orange marigolds and hot pink carnations.

Hanging Glass and Floral Decor

Like the hanging garlands, these glass vessels, decorated with flowers and tied with ribbon, give the structure a softer, more romantic vibe.

Or, if you want a different kind of showpiece, check out these fabulous altar alternatives.
